Payment is collected via Square Invoicing. The property address will be referenced on your invoice. 

You will not be charged for a terminated contract**. MyClosingConcierge will absorb the cost of doing business. **However, terminated contracts are subject to a 50% fee on the 3rd terminated transaction per buyer client.

At this time, administrative tasks such as mail marketing, social media posts, and CRM management are not included in Contract-to-Close services.

Monday – Thursday 9:30am – 2:30pm

Conference Calls are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday between 9:30am-1:00pm.

The nature of the industry will dictate operating hours on any specific day or time, but the above are the general office hours. Please keep in mind that file processing can/will occur after operating hours as needed. It is the agent’s responsibility to maintain full representation of their client and to ensure the client’s contract deadlines and obligations are met.

Agents will be responsible for copying My Closing Concierge on pertinent transaction communications. Individual agent email accounts will not be accessed.

Agents and their clients will receive emails with document copies and milestone communication with the agent copied on all correspondence. My Closing Concierge is an extension of your team, but, does not replace the agent’s communication with the client.

In your email signature, you are welcome to include a reminder to third parties to copy My Closing Concierge on all pertinent transaction communication.

Your individual business procedures, practices, content, branding, etc will not be shared with any other agent or broker. The details of any transaction, offer, or client will not be shared with any other agent/broker.

Once you are ready to take the next step, you will be sent a form to complete. We will schedule a time to review platform access. You’ll then be ready to submit your next executed contract or listing!
